Making the Cookies

Fortune cookies are definitely more difficult to make than I had planned for, but I was determined, and amazingly some actually resemble the real thing.

This is the recipe I used.

Getting the texture and consistency of them is quite difficult, as is keeping the printed fortunes in the actual cookie, so it's a good job I persevered.

This isn't the greatest example of one of the cookies I made, but it perfectly demonstrates the fact that its more difficult than the youtube tutorial video made it out to be. 

I have managed to create a good selection however, which I now need to package, which I am feeling might be quite difficult.
